Cot Sponsorship: Our "Sponsor a Cot" program invites you to contribute towards the care of a baby in one of our six dedicated cots. While we strive to allocate funds to specific needs as described, Hope Haven reserves the right to allocate donations to where they are needed most urgently for the welfare of the children.

Recurring Donations: If you sign up for a monthly debit order or recurring donation, it is your responsibility to ensure funds are available. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us.

Refund Policy: As a general rule, donations are non-refundable. However, if you have made an error in your donation amount or date, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will do our best to assist you to resolve the error.

Tax Certificates: If Hope Haven is registered as a Public Benefit Organization (PBO) under Section 18A, tax certificates may be issued for eligible donations. It is the donor's responsibility to provide accurate details for these certificates.

5. Protection of Minors (Crucial)

Hope Haven is a safe house for vulnerable children.

Anonymity: For the safety and legal protection of the babies, we may use pseudonyms or obscure faces in photographs on the website.

No Sharing: Users are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, or redistributing images of the babies found on this website without express written permission from the Hope Haven Board of Directors.
